Choose a plan

• Original Minds: USD 1 per month + VAT. Tokens available in packs.
• Pro: USD 29 per month + VAT. 1,500 Studio tokens every month.
• Ultra: USD 99 per month + VAT. 5,000 Studio tokens every month.

Paid tiers are activated by the team until checkout opens. Requests do not start a subscription or charge you. Pro and Ultra receive their Studio tokens each calendar month from the day the tier is activated; an upgrade during the month adds the difference right away. Original Minds has no automatic monthly tokens: it uses token packs, and until payments open tokens are granted to founding members. Read current pricing before requesting a plan.

Uploads: Original Minds: PDF, up to 5 MB. Pro and Ultra: PDF, PowerPoint (.pptx), Markdown, Excel (.xlsx) or CSV, up to 20 MB. Club, member number, community and finding by moat type are included in all three tiers. Original Minds includes the reading (Moat Studio steps 1 to 3); Pro and Ultra add every later Moat Studio step, the Designer, Idea Studio and Thesis Studio; see Moat Studio. Ultra adds protection (signed readings, watermarked share rooms and an evidence vault) and Moat Watch clone, copycat and erosion alerts; these Ultra capabilities are Coming. Token packs are Coming

• USD 10: 1,000 tokens before a launch bonus.
• USD 50: 5,500 tokens before a launch bonus.
• USD 100: 12,000 tokens before a launch bonus.

The published launch offer adds 50% bonus tokens to every pack through 2026-12-31 (UTC), on top of the size bonus. The pricing page shows the counts that apply today. Payments are not open yet and pack requests do not create an order.

Action costs

The current price list shows: read a moat, 150 tokens; design a moat, 100; protect a moat, 100; map value drivers, 100; add evidence in chat, 5; run a Moat Studio step 4 to 10 (Pro and Ultra), 50. Steps 1 to 3 come with the reading. Check availability and the displayed cost before each action. Viewing an existing reading is free of token charges. A price-list entry does not mean every expanded experience has launched.

Balance and terms

Pro members receive 1,500 Studio tokens and Ultra members 5,000 each calendar month, from the day the team activates the tier. An upgrade during the month adds the difference right away; a downgrade takes no tokens back and the lower allowance applies from the next month. Original Minds has no automatic monthly tokens: it uses packs, and until payments open tokens are granted to founding members. Paid checkout is not open yet. The current offer says tokens keep while membership is active; cancellation and retention terms remain under review. Open membership and tokens or the ledger for account details. Price never depends on your Moat Index and buying tokens cannot buy a stronger reading.
