Theses
State the barriers and company context you want to investigate.
Compose a thesis
Sign in and open Thesis Studio. Describe the themes, advantages and company context you are looking for, including what would change your mind. Inspect the extracted criteria before saving. Acquirers and partners use the investor role while making their intent clear.
Declare the moat types you seek
In the thesis posting form, optional Find by moat type fields let you select capability groups and an AI direction. You can also state the builder intents and bands you are looking for. No criteria are preselected. These are your stated interests, not verified predictions of fit. Public thesis posts can appear alongside builder posts in Find; eligible posts can use the Find share cards.
Review before publishing
A saved thesis and a published board post are distinct. Use the thesis page's available posting controls to review the public label, thesis line, sector, stage and other criteria. Keep offering amounts, prices and valuations out of board text. The owner can manage or withdraw the post.
Use fit as a question
Fit compares stated criteria without predicting interest or verifying a company. It replaces no commercial, financial, legal or technical diligence. Inspect evidence and alternative explanations before contact. No result promises an acquisition or investment.
