Build a checkable record
Use dated, specific material with its origin. Separate observations from forecasts and owner claims from independent sources. MoatDefender does not verify every deck fact. Preserve missing or uncertain sources without inventing corroboration.
Choose the surface
Private readings never automatically become public listings. Share links, owner-published board posts, profiles and investor updates disclose different information. Review the preview and controls before sharing. Public examples establish no customer outcome or transaction.
Review and withdraw
Publish only information you are entitled to disclose. Board posts can be withdrawn by their owners; investor-update access can be revoked, and member name or reading visibility requires separate opt-ins. A downloaded badge or a copied public link does not update copies someone already saved. Check the current controls before relying on withdrawal for a particular record.
Sensitive information
Read the privacy notice, AI notice and subprocessor list before uploading confidential or personal data. These documents are drafts under review. A product reading, membership badge or technical share control is not a legal compliance certification.
