Designer moves
Turn a defensibility question into work that can be evidenced.
Start from a reading
Open Designer with the relevant company context. Designer proposes catalogue-based moves for strengthening a moat and identifies evidence that would support them. Read the problem and evidence gap before choosing a move. A suggestion is a scenario to test, not a completed change to your company.
Make the work concrete
Choose a move you can implement and document. Record what will change, who will do it and what dated proof could demonstrate the result. A customer agreement, independently checked outcome or documented operational improvement is more useful than rewriting the claim. Do not describe a proposed gain as points already earned.
Add proof and reassess
After completing work, update the underlying evidence and request a new reading where appropriate. New evidence can change the result in either direction. Graph-backed recipes and a broader Designer experience remain Coming; the public graph does not imply an automatic connection to your private company records.
